Terms of Service

These terms describe how you may use TicketHawk and what to expect from the Service. If anything here is unclear, contact us and we’ll help.

Last updated: 13 February 2026
By installing or using TicketHawk in a Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1) The Service

TicketHawk is a Discord ticket bot that uses forum channels to organize support requests. Features may include ticket creation, staff actions (claim/close), transcripts, and analytics (depending on plan).

2) Eligibility & account responsibility

You must comply with Discord’s Terms and policies while using TicketHawk. Server administrators are responsible for how the bot is configured and used in their server, including who has access to tickets and transcripts.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse TicketHawk. For example, you must not:

  • use the Service for illegal activities or to violate the rights of others;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Service;
  • use the Service to collect data in a way that violates Discord policies or applicable law;
  • upload or distribute malware, spam, or abusive content via TicketHawk’s features.

4) Plans, billing, and payments

TicketHawk offers Free, Pro ($5/month), and Lifetime ($49 one-time) tiers. Paid plans are processed via Stripe.

  • Pro subscription: billed monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
  • Lifetime: a one-time purchase that unlocks Lifetime tier features for the purchasing server (subject to these Terms). No refunds are offered for Lifetime purchases.
  • Taxes/fees: any applicable taxes may be added by Stripe depending on your location.

5) Refunds

  • Lifetime: no refunds.
  • Pro: subscriptions are generally non-refundable for partial periods, but if you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support and we’ll review it.

6) Service changes & availability

We work to keep TicketHawk reliable, but the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change over time (including additions, removals, or plan changes). We may also perform maintenance that temporarily impacts availability.

7) Termination

You may stop using TicketHawk at any time by removing it from your server. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and other users.

8) Your content & transcripts

TicketHawk may process ticket messages in order to generate transcripts and provide ticket history. You (and your server) are responsible for the content posted in your tickets. Use Discord permissions and ticket settings to control access for staff and members.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TicketHawk and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

If we are found liable for any claim, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to TicketHawk in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or $10 USD if you are on the Free plan), unless a different limit is required by law.

10) Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, via the website or bot updates). Continued use of TicketHawk after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
